In Bloxorz, your mission is to control the block moving around the map and bring it to the destination. This is a brain game for all those who want to conquer.

Bloxorz Gameplay

There is a square hole in each level. You have to roll your block into the hole. It is important that the block falls completely and fits into the hole. If the block is horizontal and the hole is only one square wide, you have to roll the block so that it stands upright and falls into the hole.

Switches

  • There are three main types of switches, each with its own function:
  • Soft switches (octagonal/round): Activated when any part of the block touches it. These switches usually control bridges or traps.
  • Heavy switches (X-shaped): Require your block to stand upright (vertically) on it to activate. They usually have a larger impact on the map.
  • Teleport switches (parentheses "()"): When activated, your block will be teleported to another location and split into two smaller blocks.

Split blocks

You can control each small block individually by pressing the spacebar to switch between them. Small blocks can activate soft switches, but are not heavy enough to activate heavy switches. Small blocks cannot be passed through the escape hole. To complete the level, you must combine two small blocks into the original large block by moving them side by side.

Strategy and Tips

Before you make any moves, take the time to look around the level, identifying the exits, switches, and obstacles. Make sure you understand how different switches work and how your blocks interact with special tiles. When blocks are split, take advantage of their ability to move independently to activate switches or reach areas that larger blocks cannot. Don't be afraid to experiment. If one move doesn't work, you can always restart the level and try a different approach. Each level has a code. You can use this code to return to that particular level at any time.
