Build Now GG is a third-person online survival shooter that incorporates tactical building elements reminiscent of the gameplay of titles like Fortnite.
Building
This is the most important factor that makes Build Now GG different and difficult. Players must build basic structures almost immediately to gain an advantage in combat.
Basic pieces
- Wall: Used to defend, block vision, or lock opponents.
- Floor: Used as a foundation, create a new fighting floor or fill in gaps.
- Ramp: Used to climb high, push opponents, or approach targets.
- Roof: Used to cover from above or create pressure from above the opponent's structure.
Building operation
You need to switch to construction mode and choose the type of material (usually brick, wood, or metal). The default keyboard shortcuts on PC (which can be customized) are usually: Q (Wall), C (Floor), V (Slope), Left Shift (Roof) – learning and customizing these keys so that your fingers can operate extremely quickly is the key to mastering the game.
Editing
After building, you can edit the structure (usually using the F key) to create windows, doors, or create unexpected shooting angles. The ability to edit and reset edits quickly (usually by scrolling down) is extremely important to maintain speed and flexibility in combat.
Shooting & Weapons
The shooting gameplay is third-person (the player sees the character from behind).
- Loadout: The player is equipped with a standard set of weapons, including:
- Pistol: A reliable secondary weapon.
- Assault Rifle/SMG: Used to deal mid-range and long-range damage, or destroy structures.
- Sniper Rifle: Used for long-range kills.
- Shotgun: The highest damage weapon at close range, extremely important in BoxFight matches.
- Pickaxe: Used to destroy enemy structures and collect resources (although in most 1v1 or BoxFight modes, resources are unlimited).
- Ammunition: All guns usually have unlimited ammo, allowing players to focus entirely on tactics and skill.
- Ballistics: Guns have a certain amount of recoil and realistic ballistics, requiring players to practice to control and aim accurately.
